San Francisco Early Learning Alliance
The San Francisco Early Learning Alliance (SFELA) was founded in 2015 to provide high quality and highly efficient back office services to leading child care centers with public funding. The Alliance is funded by the Mimi and Peter Haas Fund and was initially sponsored by the California Child Care Resource and Referral Network. In 2019 the Alliance gained 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation status. The founding Executive Director of SFELA is Cheryl Garcia.
